One week into blogging, and Peter Suber at Open Access News has picked up my reply to the 10 problems with peer review. I'm not just talking to the ether now.

Matt Hodgkinson: I am a Council member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and Treasurer of the European Association of Science Editors (EASE). I was previously an open access journals professional. I was an editor with BioMed Central ('03-'09) and the Public Library of Science ('10-'16), and I was Head of Research Integrity at Hindawi ('16-'20) then Head of Editorial Policy and Ethics ('20-'22). I was a Research Integrity Manager at the UK Research Integrity Office (UKRIO, '22-'24).
